Das Unternehmen ist hauptsächlich in der Gastronomie und der Hotellerie tätig, steht heute jedoch allen Branchen offen. Werde Teil unseres Teams mit über 300 Mitarbeitenden und werde unser/e neue/r:

  • Tu es en charge d’analyser et de traiter en allemand et en français les dossiers dans le domaine des allocations familiales
  • Tu effectues le contrôle de l’éligibilité ainsi que le calcul des prestations
  • Tu es en contact quotidien avec nos assurés, différents prestataires et institutions sociales.

Ce que tu apportes à HOTELA:

  • Tu es au bénéfice d’un CFC d’employé.e de commerce ou d’une formation équivalente
  • Tu es de langue maternelle allemande ou française avec au minimum un niveau C1 de la deuxième langue.
  • Tu possèdes le Certificat de Généraliste en assurances sociales (un plus)
  • Tu es une personne organisée, proactive et prête à se former en continu dans son domaine d’activité. Tu es capable de travailler aussi bien en équipe que de manière autonome
  • Tu maitrises l’utilisation des outils informatiques usuels.

Du stehst täglich in Kontakt mit unseren Versicherten, verschiedenen Leistungserbringern und Sozialversicherungsinstitutionen

Was du mitbringen solltest:

Du verfügst über ein EFZ als Kauffrau/ oder eine gleichwertige Ausbildung

Du hast Deutsch oder ösisch als Muttersprache und verfügst mindestens über ein C1\-Niveau in der jeweils anderen Sprache

Du besitzt das Zertifikat als Sachbearbeiter/in Sozialversicherungen (von Vorteil)

Du bist organisiert, proaktiv und bereit, dich in deinem Fachgebiet kontinuierlich weiterzubilden. Du arbeitest sowohl gerne im Team als auch selbstständig

Du beherrschst den Umgang mit den gängigen Informatiktools
