The posting

Le poste de cuisinier en collectivité consiste à assurer la préparation des plats dans le respect des normes d'hygiène, de qualité et des valeurs de durabilité. Votre rôle sera de soutenir le chef de cuisine dans l'organisation quotidienne et remplacer le second de cuisine en son absence afin de garantir la continuité du service. Vous participerez à la gestion des stocks et aux commandes. Autonome et polyvalent, vous veillez à la présentation des mets et au bon déroulement des opérations en cuisine. Le poste inclut la réalisation de live cooking, avec préparation de plats devant la clientèle. À ce titre, vous contribuez activement à l'image, à la transparence et à la convivialité de l'établissement.

CFC de cuisinier ou formation jugée équivalente, expérience confirmée en cuisine de collectivité ou restauration de système, capacité à travailler de manière autonome, connaissances et maitrise des normes d'hygiène et de sécurité alimentaire (HACCP), aisance relationnelle et présentation soignée, notamment pour les activités de live cooking

Sens de l'organisation, esprit d'équipe, flexibilité et résistance au stress

Poste à 50% 5 jours par semaine

Français niveau B2 minimum - salaire selon CCNT
