Chef de Partie 80%* *Jobbeschreibung

  • Zubereitung von Speisen nach üplänen in der kalten Küche, sowie Desserts und Frühstück, wir verpflegen rund 700 Gäste jeden Mittag
  • Vorbereitung und Koordination von inhouse Caterings
  • Kontrolle der Lagerbestände und Warenlieferungen
  • Organisation von Arbeitsabläufen in der Küche
  • Mise en place und Vorbereitung für den Service
  • Einhaltung von Hygiene\- und Sicherheitsvorschriften
  • Küchen\- und Gerätepflege, Reinigung gemäss Reinigungsplänen

* Schöpfen am während des Mittagsservice Gesuchtes Profil

* Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Koch EFZ * Berufserfahrung in der Kalten Küche und Patisserie * Das Betreibungsregister und Strafregister müssen sauber sein. Essenziell für einen festen Vertrag * Deutschkenntnisse müssen C 1 sein und Englischkenntnisse B 1\. Darauf legt der Kunde sehr viel wert * Erfahrung in der Gemeinschaftsgastronomie, sowie vorne im Umgang mit Gäste sind wichtig * Teamfähigkeit und Flexibilität, Zuverlässigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein * Gute körperliche Belastbarkeit Wir bieten: * Attraktive Arbeitszeiten: Montag bis Donnerstag von 06\.15 bis 15\.00 * Wochenenden und Feiertage frei * Gute Sozialleistungen und eine sehr gute Pensionskassenlösung * Weiterbildungs\- und Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten, z.
