Sie übernehmen die operative und strategische Gesamtverantwortung für die Region Deutschschweiz. Dabei führen und entwickeln Sie Ihre Führungskräfte, stellen eine nachhaltige wirtschaftliche Performance sicher und treiben die Weiterentwicklung der 40 gastronomischen Betriebe aktiv voran. Als zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen operativen Einheiten und Supportfunktionen fördern Sie eine effiziente Zusammenarbeit und setzen strategische Unternehmensziele erfolgreich um.

Zu Ihren Hauptaufgaben gehören:

  • Gesamtverantwortung für die operative, personelle und wirtschaftliche Führung mehrerer Restaurants in der Deutschschweiz
  • Führung, Coaching und Weiterentwicklung der Bereichsleiter sowie Förderung einer leistungsorientierten Führungskultur durch regelmässige Standortbesuche
  • Sicherstellung der Zielerreichung in den Bereichen Qualität, Service, Finanzen und operative Exzellenz
  • Umsetzung strategischer Vorgaben sowie aktive Mitgestaltung von Wachstums\-, Veränderungs\- und Optimierungsprojekten
  • Aufbau und Pflege nachhaltiger Kundenbeziehungen sowie Vertretung des Unternehmens gegenüber den Mandanten
  • Steuerung der bereichsübergreifenden Zusammenarbeit und Koordination zentraler Supportfunktionen
  • Analyse von Kennzahlen, Identifikation von Potenzialen und Einleitung geeigneter Massnahmen zur Performance\-Steigerung
  • Mitwirkung bei Budgetierung und Forecasts

Gesuchtes Profil

Sie sind eine überzeugende Führungspersönlichkeit mit strategischem Weitblick, hoher operativer Kompetenz und ausgeprägtem unternehmerischem Denken.

Sie sollten mitbringen:

* Höhere Fachausbildung oder Bachelor\-/Masterabschluss im Bereich Hotellerie oder Betriebswirtschaft. * Mindestens 10 Jahre in der gehobenen Gastronomie, Hotellerie oder Gemeinschaftsgastronomie und mindestens 4 Jahre in einer vergleichbaren Führungsfunktion in einer operativen Multi\-Site\-Organisation. * Ausgeprägte Führungskompetenz von Kadermitarbeitern und in komplexen Organisationsstrukturen. * Fähigkeit, unterschiedliche Funktionen und Hierarchiestufen miteinander zu verbinden und Zusammenhalt zu schaffen. * Ausgeprägtes strategisches und unternehmerisches Denken * Starke operative Umsetzungsfähigkeit und hohe Ergebnisorientierung * Erfahrung im Change\- und Transformationsmanagement * Hohe Kunden\-, Dienstleistungs\- und Qualitätsorientierung * Sicheres Auftreten sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikations\- und Verhandlungsstärke * Fähigkeit, unterschiedliche Interessen und Mandanten erfolgreich zu koordinieren * Deutsch auf muttersprachlichem Niveau, sehr gute Französischkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse werden erwartet. j4id10463549jm j4it1044jm j4iy26jm
