Im Auftrag unseres Kunden, bieten wir ab Januar 2027 einer sehr selbstständigen und erfahrenen Persönlichkeit eine Feststelle an als:

Springerkoch/ Sous chef 100%*Für 7 verschiedene Betriebe in der Region Zürich *Jobbeschreibung

Sie vertreten die kochenden Geschäftsführer in 7 verschiedenen Betrieben im Raum Zürich. Genauer Zeitplan der Standorte wird für das Jahr geplant.

Sie sind veranwortlich für die Führung des Betriebs in der Abwesenheit des kochenden Geschäftsführer. Zu den Aufgaben gehört:

* Zubereitung und Produktion von Speisen gemäss dem tagesaktuellen Menüplan * Sicherstellen eines reibungslosen Ablaufs während den Betriebszeiten * Verantwortlich für das Bestell\- und Lagerwesen, Iventur und Mitarbeiterplanung * Sie unterstützen beim Anrichten an der Menüstation und sind während des Mittagsservices für die Mahlzeitenausgabe zuständig * Sie stellen sicher, dass alle Gäste an allen Verkaufsstellen einen tadellosen Service erhalten * Sie stellen die Qualität der Speisen sicher, achten auf die Einhaltung der HACCP\-Richtlinien, Sauberkeit und Ordnung in der Küche * Sie kommunizieren vorbildlich und sicher mit den Gästen auf Deutsch und auf Englisch Gesuchtes Profil

* Erfolgreich abgeschlossene EFZ Berufsausbildung als Koch/Köchin * Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung und mindestens 5 Jahre Führungserfahrung * Erfahrung in der Gemeinschaftsgastronomie, im Cateringbereich sowie im Fine Dining Segment wird vorrausgesetzt * Organisiert, sehr selbständig und verantwortungsbewusst muss gegeben sein * Strukturiertes Arbeiten, effizient und auch bei hohem Gästeaufkommen den Überblick behalten * Essenziell für diese Stelle ist es, dass man sich schnell an die jeweiligen Betriebe gewöhnt. Ohne lange Einführung schnell neue Betriebsstrukturen und Arbeitsabläufe kennt. * Qualitätsbewusstsein muss gegeben sein: Rezepturen, Portionsgrössen und Budget einhalten * Gepflegtes und freundliches Auftreten * Sprachkenntnisse: Deutsch mindestens C1 und Englisch B1 * Time and Task Management und Belastbarkeit ist essenziell * Führerschein und eigenes Auto wird vorrausgesetzt Wir bieten:
