Vous participez à l'élaboration des propositions de menus, à la préparation des offres commerciales ainsi qu'au suivi des fournisseurs. Vous assurez également les relations avec les clients et les collaborateurs, en veillant à la qualité des échanges et au bon suivi des demandes. Vous contribuez à la coordination des activités, à la préparation et à la synthèse des séances, ainsi qu'au suivi des décisions prises. Votre rôle est essentiel pour faciliter l'organisation du restaurant et soutenir son développement au quotidien.

Profil recherché -----------------

Vous bénéficiez d'une expérience professionnelle de plus de deux ans dans l'hôtellerie\-restauration haut de gamme, idéalement au sein d'un établissement 5 étoiles. Vous maîtrisez parfaitement le français écrit et êtes à l'aise en anglais à l'oral. Doté(e) d'excellentes capacités rédactionnelles et d'un véritable sens du service, vous faites preuve de rigueur, d'efficacité et d'un souci constant du détail. Votre orientation client, votre disponibilité et votre aisance relationnelle vous permettent de répondre avec professionnalisme aux différentes sollicitations. Créative et force de proposition, vous savez apporter des idées pertinentes tout en respectant les directives du responsable. Vous disposez également d'une excellente capacité de synthèse, indispensable pour structurer les informations issues des séances et assurer un suivi efficace des actions.
