Description du poste --------------------

Vous assurez la préparation et le service des boissons et cocktails, maîtrisez les grands classiques et veillez à la qualité de chaque prestation. Habitué(e) aux environnements exigeants et aux volumes d'activité importants, vous savez maintenir un service fluide, précis et soigné, même en période de forte affluence. Votre présence, votre sens de l'accueil et votre capacité à créer une relation privilégiée avec la clientèle contribuent pleinement à l'image et à la réputation de l'établissement.

Profil recherché -----------------

Vous justifiez d'une expérience confirmée dans un établissement 5 étoiles ou dans un environnement hôtelier haut de gamme. Vous disposez d'une excellente aisance relationnelle, d'un sens aigu du service et d'une parfaite connaissance des classiques du bar. Réactif(ve), organisé(e) et résistant(e) au stress, vous êtes capable de gérer un volume de travail soutenu tout en maintenant un niveau d'exigence élevé. Votre présentation soignée, votre esprit d'équipe et votre souci du détail vous permettent de répondre aux attentes d'une clientèle exigeante. Une disponibilité complète est indispensable pour répondre aux contraintes du poste et aux besoins de l'établissement.
