Gouvernante d'étage

Description du poste --------------------

En tant que Gouvernant(e) d'Étage vous serez au cœur de l'action, supervisant, coordonnant et garantissant la qualité du travail des équipes de nettoyage. Votre rôle essentiel consistera à maintenir des standards de propreté et de service client exceptionnels. Vous dirigerez avec habileté et exigence les femmes de chambre, les valets et les portiers, veillant à ce que chaque membre de votre équipe excelle dans ses fonctions.

Votre œil vigilant scrutera régulièrement l'état impeccable des chambres et des espaces communs, prêts à accueillir les clients. De l'organisation minutieuse des plannings d'entretien à la gestion des stocks de produits de nettoyage, vous serez le/la garant/e de l'efficacité et de la fluidité des opérations.
