Pracovná pozícia je zameraná na správu a optimalizáciu prevádzkových procesov v online rezervačných systémoch a platformách pre správu ubytovacích kapacít, riešenie problémov v rezerváciách a zlepšovanie fungovania systému.- Správa a optimalizácia prevádzkových procesov v online rezervačných systémoch a platformách pre správu ubytovacích kapacít.- Konfigurácia hotelových objektov, kontrola nastavení a zabezpečenie správnosti údajov o cenách, dostupnosti a kapacitách.- Monitorovanie synchronizácie údajov medzi rezervačnými systémami a externými platformami.- Identifikácia, analýza a riešenie systémových nezrovnalostí, chýb v nastaveniach a problémov pri prenose údajov.- Poskytovanie technickej podpory klientom pri používaní rezervačných systémov a riešení prevádzkových problémov.- Spolupráca s technickými tímami a externými poskytovateľmi pri riešení integračných problémov.- Analýza existujúcich pracovných postupov a navrhovanie opatrení na zvýšenie efektivity a spoľahlivosti procesov.- Kontrola kvality a konzistentnosti dát naprieč používanými systémami.- Dokumentovanie problémov, riešení a interných pracovných postupov.- Komunikácia s klientmi a internými tímami s cieľom zabezpečiť plynulú prevádzku rezervačných procesov.
