Als Cafetaria supervisor ben jij de spil van onze dagelijkse operatie. Je zorgt ervoor dat onze gasten in de kantine snel en vriendelijk worden geholpen, bewaakt de kwaliteit van onze gerechten en motiveert je collega's om iedere dag het beste uit zichzelf te halen.

📍 Werklocatie: De Toekantine in het Van der Valk Business Center – een uniek kantorencomplex aan de poort van Zuid-Limburg! Hier werken diverse bedrijven, van starters en zzp’ers tot multinationals. Dankzij jouw inzet blijft deze werkplek altijd fris en representatief (zie onderstaande afbeeldingen)!

💼 Wat ga je doen? ✔️ Je zorgt voor een gastvrije ontvangst, neemt bestellingen op en verwerkt kassatransacties.

✔️ Je bereidt en presenteert onze gerechten volgens de geldende kwaliteits- en hygiënenormen.

✔️ Je bewaakt de voorraad, plaatst bestellingen en voorkomt verspilling.

✔️ Je denkt mee over het assortiment, promotieacties en het optimaliseren van werkprocessen

✔️ Je stuurt collega's aan, begeleidt nieuwe medewerkers en bent het eerste aanspreekpunt op de werkvloer.

✔️ Je ondersteunt de Kitchen Manager bij de dagelijkse operatie, personeelsbegeleiding en het oplossen van vragen of klachten;

✔️ Je ziet toe op de naleving van procedures op het gebied van kwaliteit, veiligheid, hygiëne en kassagebruik.

✔️ Je coördineert en ondersteunt de schoonmaakwerkzaamheden, zodat de kantine er altijd schoon, verzorgd en uitnodigend uitziet.

Heb je al ervaring in een soortgelijke functie en woonachtig binnen een straal van 30 km van het hotel. Dan spreekt dat in jouw voordeel!
