Tijdens deze meewerkstage word je volledig betrokken bij de HR-afdeling. Samen met de HR Manager werk je mee aan verschillende HR-processen, zoals in-, door- en uitstroom. Daarnaast ondersteun je bij administratieve taken en krijg je de kans om mee te werken aan diverse HR-projecten, waarbij jouw ideeën en inbreng worden gewaardeerd. Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor HR-gerelateerde vragen en krijgt energie van het ondersteunen van collega’s en het bijdragen aan een fijne werkomgeving.

Hotel TwentySeven is een exclusief suite boutique hotel in het bruisende hart van Amsterdam, met een prachtig uitzicht op de Dam en het vernieuwde Rokin. Wat ga je leren?

  • Een veelzijdige stage waarin je brede ervaring opdoet binnen HR;
  • De mogelijkheid om jezelf optimaal te ontwikkelen;
  • Meewerken aan processen rondom in-, door- en uitstroom;
  • Ondersteunen bij HR-administratie;
  • Assisteren bij recruitmentactiviteiten;
  • Meedenken en meewerken aan verschillende HR-projecten;
  • Fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor HR-gerelateerde vragen van collega’s.

Vereisten

  • Je bent een leergierige MBO- of HBO- student in de richting van HRM of Hospitality
  • Je bent minimaal 4 dagen per week beschikbaar voor minimaal 4 maanden
  • Je kunt zowel zelfstandig als in een teamverband goed werken
  • Je bent sociaal, flexibel en nauwkeurig
  • Je beschikt over goede communicatieve vaardigheden in zowel Engels als Nederlands
