Horský resort na Šumavě hledá do svého týmu technika na oddělení údržby. Nabízíme stabilní pracovní prostředí, smysluplnou práci a možnost být součástí jednoho z největších hotelových provozů v regionu. Zázemí silné a stabilní společnosti s výborným renomé.OČEKÁVÁME:- Komplexní údržba hotelu: Drobná řemeslná práce všeho druhu - od zednických a zámečnických oprav po instalateřinu, elektriku či truhlařinu.- Správa technologií: Kontrola otopné soustavy, plynového zařízení, vzduchotechniky a chladicích jednotek. Vedení provozních deníků a odečty měřidel.- Slaboproud a AV technika: Obsluha audio-video techniky v konferenčních sálech (včetně technického dozoru během akcí) a dohled nad TV, datovou sítí či EZS.- Péče o areál: Údržba venkovních prostor a zeleně, v zimě odklízení sněhu na parkovištích, správa technických místností a skladů.- Logistika a autoprovoz: Řízení a údržba služebních vozidel, zajišťování drobných nákupů a závoz materiálu.- Pohotovost a asistence: Držení technických pohotovostí podle rozpisu a pomoc recepci při řešení urgentních situací (např. řešení poruchy výtahu).POŽADAVKY:- Manuální zručnost: Praxe v oblasti údržby budov nebo technického zázemí výhodou.- Technické myšlení: Schopnost zorientovat se v technických systémech budovy (topení, voda, elektro).- Elektro kvalifikace: Platné osvědčení pro práci na elektrických zařízeních (dřívější Vyhláška 50, dnes NV 194/2022 Sb.) je velkou výhodou.- Řidičský průkaz sk. B: Aktivní řidič pro závozy a nákupy.- Osobnostní předpoklady: Spolehlivost, samostatnost při řešení závad, flexibilita a příjemné vystupování (budete se pohybovat mezi hosty).NABÍZÍME:Stravování zdarma, vysoký standard firemní kultury a péče o zaměstnance, moderní pracovní prostředí, příspěvek na životní pojištění.
