1. 负责Model-zoo的开发和维护，提供模型从量化、编译、demo到精度性能评估的全流程示例，完成部署的端到端优化。 2. 协助客户进行方案设计，匹配后摩软硬件产品能力，将客户需求规范化、结构化后导入内部研发体系 3. 负责模型在多个平台和应用方式下的移植，为上层方案和应用开发提供基础库和参考代码 4. 负责对各行业解决方案进行技术沉淀，打造有竞争力的参考方案，并编写部署文档、最佳实践指南和 FAQ 5. 跟踪业界最新模型架构（如多模态、MoE、VLA、Agent 类模型）的演进，评估其在后摩硬件上的适配可行性与成本 6. 负责与竞品（GPU、其他 NPU 平台）的对标测试与 benchmark 分析，输出可量化的性能/能效对比报告

1. 硕士及以上学历（电子信息，计算机，软件工程，通信工程，自动化等相关专业） 2. 在AI芯片（GPU、NPU等）上有一定的深度学习推理相关的项目或课题经验 3. 熟悉深度学习基础理论，了解主流大模型（Transformers、Qwen、VLA 等）结构与推理流程 4. 性格开朗，善于交流；工作主动负责，具备良好的团队协作意识，能与其他团队高效配合 5. 具备以下一个或多个技能和经验的候选人优先： 1. 熟练使用Linux命令，推理框架（PyTroch，TensorRT，vLLM，onnxruntime等） 2. 有推理优化、模型量化（PTQ/QAT、INT4/INT8 量化）或 AI 编译器（图优化、算子融合）开发经验者优先； 3. 有AI芯片（GPU、NPU等）上推理应用开发经验者优先（如 RAG，会议纪要，Agent等） 4. 能熟练借助claude code / codex / cursor / copilot等AI编程工具解决问题
