Ambitiös kock - House of People

House of People har öppnat upp konferens- och kongressverksamhet i Folkets Hus vid Norra Bantorget för upp till 1500 personer. Vi erbjuder moderna möteslokaler med väl komponerad mat och dryck. Nu söker vi fler engagerade och erfarna matlagare som kommer att spela en central roll i den dagliga driften i vårt kök.

Om rollen: Som kock kommer du, tillsammans med dina medarbetare, ansvara för att verksamhetens bokningar och beställningar genomförs.

Så som frukostfika, varm och kall lunch, eftermiddagsfika, mingel, bankettmiddagar.

Dina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter inkluderar:

  • Förberedelse och utförande av menyer och maträtter enligt vår kvalitetsstandardnivå.
  • Arbetet innefattar både kalla och varma köket.
  • Samarbeta med personal i verksamheten för att säkerställa en smidig drift och leverans.
  • Upprätthålla en ren och säker arbetsmiljö med gällande föreskrifter.
  • Arbetet innefattar sedvanliga uppgifter i kök såsom varuhantering, städning mm.
  • Du kommer vara en del av ett team med lång erfarenhet inom event, möten och konferensverksamhet.

Vi söker dig som:

  • Minst tre års yrkesvana som kock, tidigare erfarenheter från Bankett/Event är meriterande.
  • Positiv, strukturerad och noggrannhet är självklara egenskaper hos dig.
  • Pålitlig, nyfiken, punktlig.
  • Dokumenterad kockutbildning är ett krav.
  • Alla som arbetar hos oss måste kunna uttrycka sig och skriva svenska eller engelska obehindrat.
