Seu talento pode ser o início de uma jornada grandiosa, repleta de conquistas, evolução e realizações profissionais.Responsabilidades e atribuições •Apoiar a Supervisão e Coordenação no desdobramento das estratégias, metas, prioridades e direcionamentos para os analistas;•Traduzir as orientações da liderança em atividades, prioridades e ações práticas para a equipe;•Acompanhar a execução dos direcionamentos definidos pela Supervisão, Coordenação;•Identificar e sinalizar desvios de execução;•Prestar suporte aos analistas na execução das atividades e processos;•Esclarecer dúvidas relacionadas a procedimentos, fluxos, ferramentas, sistemas e rotinas operacionais;•Apoiar os analistas na identificação de soluções para problemas recorrentes;•Orientar quanto à utilização correta dos sistemas, controles e ferramentas disponíveis;•Fazer interface com outras áreas para solucionar pendências que impactem a operação;•Acompanhar as pendências até sua efetiva resolução;•Apoiar a operação no cumprimento dos cronogramas estabelecidos.•Apoiar a integração operacional de novos colaboradores;•Apresentar processos, procedimentos, ferramentas, sistemas e rotinas da área;•Orientar novos analistas durante o período inicial de adaptação;•Participar de reuniões operacionais representando a Supervisão, quando designado;•Identificar oportunidades de melhoria nos processos;•Sugerir ajustes que contribuam para aumento de produtividade, qualidade e eficiência;•Identificar atividades que gerem retrabalho ou perda de produtividade;•Apoiar a padronização dos processos.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesSuperior em Eng. de Telecomunicações, Ciência da Computação ou afins;Conhecimento em redes e telecom (fibra óptica, rádio, MPLS, Ethernet, IP);Entendimento de topologias de rede e conceitos de redundância e failover;Capacidade de interpretar projetos e requisitos técnicos de ativação;Conhecimento básico em configuração de equipamentos de rede (roteadores, switches, CPE);Experiência com ferramentas de monitoramento e diagnóstico de rede;Habilidade para cadastro e atualização de dados com precisão;Experiência no atendimento com provedores e/ou parceiros de última milha.Informações adicionaisVale Alimentação R$ 24,00 dia;Vale Transporte ou Auxilio Combustível;Plano de Saúde Por Adesão;Plano Odontológico por Adesão;Convênio com instituições de Ensino;Wellhub.
