Als Teil des amerikanischen Unternehmens Howmet Aerospace mit langjähriger führender Markenbekanntheit im Herstellerbereich für Luftfahrtkomponenten und weltweit ca. 24.000 Mitarbeiter/innen, ist die TITAL GmbH, mit Stammsitz in Bestwig/Westfalen, in der Nähe von Arnsberg in NRW, ein Hersteller von anspruchsvollen Aluminium- und Titan-Feinguss-Bauteilen für führende Unternehmen aus der Luft- und Raumfahrt.

Mit aktuell rund 800 Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeitern ist die TITAL GmbH seit 1974 erfolgreich in der Metallverarbeitung tätig. Dabei bauen wir seit Jahrzehnten auf den Einsatz unserer engagierten Mitarbeiter/-innen.

QUALITÄTSINGENIEUR (m/w/d)

Das sind Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Einführung, Umsetzung und Weiterentwicklung von Qualitätsmethoden in den verschiedensten Fertigungsbereichen in enger Abstimmung mit Fertigung und Kunden
  • Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung und Weiterentwicklung des bestehenden Qualitätsmanagement-Systems (AS 9100) sowie des Energiemanagement-Systems (ISO 50001)
  • Koordinieren, Auswerten und Durchführen von Audits
  • Aufbau, Überwachung und Weiterentwicklung des Risikomanagements
  • Prüfen, Bearbeiten und Einführen von Kundenanforderungen/Spezifikationen und Durchführung von Neuteilqualifizierungen nach kundenspezifischen Vorgaben
  • Bearbeitung von Kundenreklamationen sowie Erarbeitung von Abstellmaßnahmen
  • Überwachung und Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen zur Erfassung und Auswertung von Kennzahlen und Qualitätsdaten
  • Erstellen, Prüfen und veröffentlichen von Arbeits- und Prozessanweisungen
  • Projektweise Unterstützung der EHS-Abteilung

Qualifications

Das bringen Sie mit:

  • Technisches Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder vergleichbar
  • Idealerweise erste Erfahrung im Bereich Qualitätsmanagement
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie Deutschkenntnisse auf mindestens Level C1 Darauf können Sie sich unter anderem freuen:
