Responsibilities

Le Responsable Technique pilote l’ensemble des activités techniques et méthodes du site afin de garantir la performance industrielle, l’optimisation des procédés, l’amélioration continue et l’accompagnement des projets de développement et d’investissement.

  • Piloter et coordonner les activités des services techniques afin de garantir la réalisation des dossiers techniques, la fiabilité des procédés et l’atteinte des objectifs de productivité.
  • Accompagner les projets d’évolution et de réorganisation des moyens de production en proposant des solutions techniques adaptées aux principes du Lean Manufacturing.
  • Piloter le plan de maîtrise des procédés et animer les équipes techniques, qualité et production dans le cadre des projets d’amélioration et de résolution de problèmes.
  • Superviser les coûts de fabrication, les actions de réduction des coûts et l’optimisation des procédés.
  • Piloter la veille technologique et les projets d’innovation et de développement de nouveaux produits, en collaboration avec les équipes européennes et les clients.
  • Élaborer et piloter le plan d’investissement à court et moyen terme du site et assurer le suivi des dossiers auprès de la Corporation.
  • Garantir la résolution des problématiques techniques liées à la réalisation des produits : spécifications, machines, outillages, matières premières, procédés, formation et qualification.

Qualifications

De formation supérieure technique, vous disposez d’une expérience significative dans un environnement industriel et de solides compétences en industrialisation, méthodes, amélioration continue et management d’équipes pluridisciplinaires.

  • Formation supérieure en ingénierie mécanique
  • Expérience significative dans un environnement industriel, idéalement dans l’aéronautique ou un secteur à fortes exigences techniques.
  • Solides compétences en industrialisation, méthodes de fabrication, amélioration continue et maîtrise des procédés.
  • Expérience en management et en animation d’équipes pluridisciplinaires (technique, méthodes, qualité, production).
  • Maîtrise des démarches Lean Manufacturing et de la résolution de problèmes techniques.
  • Bonne compréhension des enjeux de coûts industriels, d’investissements et d’optimisation des procédés.
  • Capacité à piloter des projets techniques complexes et à travailler en collaboration avec des interlocuteurs internationaux.
  • Anglais professionnel permettant les échanges avec les équipes Corporate et européennes.
