Twój zakres obowiązków

  • Sporządzanie projektów pism przedprocesowych oraz procesowych.
  • Wsparcie merytoryczne adwokatów i radców prawnych w bieżącej obsłudze spraw.
  • Asysta przy spotkaniach z klientami.
  • Udział w prowadzeniu spraw sądowych i pozasądowych.
  • Analiza dokumentów oraz przygotowywanie opinii prawnych.
  • Praca przy sprawach z zakresu prawa cywilnego, gospodarczego oraz rodzinnego.

Nasze wymagania

  • Status aplikanta adwokackiego lub radcowskiego (preferowany I lub II rok aplikacji).
  • Bardzo dobra znajomość prawa cywilnego.
  • Umiejętność samodzielnego sporządzania projektów pism procesowych.
  • Bardzo dobra organizacja pracy i odpowiedzialność.
  • Zaangażowanie oraz chęć rozwoju zawodowego.
  • Umiejętność analitycznego myślenia i pracy z aktami sprawy.
  • Wysoka kultura osobista i komunikatywność.

Mile widziane

  • Znajomość prawa gospodarczego i rodzinnego.
