Description -
What a College Intern - Product Engineering (System Interaction) does at HP:
- Ensure the seamless integration of printhead/ink supplies with the printer to deliver good print quality & supplies reliability consistently for our commercial customers.
- Lead, troubleshoot & resolve quality issues from factory and the field.
- Develop & run testing to evaluate product changes to ensure no impact to customer experience.
- Supports the New Product development through incorporation of best manufacturing practices & influence design for manufacturability.
- Lead & drive projects to improve quality & processes, resulting in enhanced efficiency & customer experience.
Individuals who do well in this role at HP, usually possess:
- Bachelor or Masters undergraduate in the following disciplines: Materials / Mechanical / Manufacturing / Chemical / Electrical Engineering.
- Able to commit for a 5-6 months full-time internship, starting in January 2027.
- Strong communication& interpersonal skill.
- Strong analytical skill, critical thinking.
- Strong problem solving skill.
- Growth mindset.
- Open mind & curious.
