Key Responsibilities

Voice of Customer, Insights, and Product Requirements

  • Continuously partner with customers and HP insights, research, category, and data analysis teams to refine segmentation/personas, define key use cases, identify key market trends, and synthesize actionable insights.

  • Create a competitive “how we win” story with clear proof points.
  • Influence specs, configurations, and attach rates to enable launch claims, proof points, and demos for key experiences.

Product Narrative, Customer Journey, and Experience Storytelling

  • Create a clear and compelling product narrative and translate it into compelling assets to sell your product internally to key stakeholders, and externally to customers.
  • Map end-to-end customer journeys for key experiences and keep journey documentation current.
  • Tell the integrated story of the product and innovations across experiences: what it is, why it matters to customers, and how HP can capture differentiated value.

Experience Progression, Curation, and Ecosystem Readiness

  • Own the experience curation plan and ensure experiences are discoverable and easy to adopt.
  • Partner with cross-functional experts on deep dives to improve experiences; support software ISV evaluation/testing/demo and selection to strengthen the ecosystem.
  • Conduct competitive experience analysis to identify gaps, opportunities, and differentiation; deliver clear messaging inputs to product marketing and product NPI teams.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
