Description -

Job Summary • This role is responsible for ensuring the technical design, development, installation, and maintenance of state-of-the-art software applications and services for the company. The role plays a crucial role in building technical solutions to help other developers/engineers deliver faster with modern software and application development tools. The role is responsible for technical need analysis and project management. The role builds & maintains relationships with stakeholders across different departments and provide guidance & coaching to reportees in executing their tasks/responsibilities.

Responsibilities

  • Proven experience as an AI Architect, Data Science, AI engineer, or similar role with focus on technology integrations.
  • Proficiency in data science, machine learning, modeling, and large language model technologies, including deep learning, reinforcement learning, natural language processing, and computer vision.
  • Develop of various software development projects and platforms while aligning them with business requirements.
  • Contributes to technology strategy and engineering roadmaps around software engineering; executes strategic software engineering proof of concepts.
  • Interacts with user management regarding project status and user requirements to promote an environment with improved productivity and satisfaction.
  • Knowledge of big data technologies and distributed computing.
  • Ability to lead complex development projects from inception to public availability.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills. Including experience with Agile methodology.

Education & Experience Recommended • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related field. • Typically around 5-7 years of work experience, preferably in software designing & development, software architecture, programming languages, or a related field.

Preferred Certifications • Programming Language/s Certification (Java, C++, Python, JavaScript, or similar)

Knowledge & Skills • Agile Methodology

• Software Engineering & Development with strong AI background (using agents with co-pilot, gpt, claude, gemini, etc) • Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) • Application Programming Interface (API) • Tensor Flow, PyTorch • C++, Java, JavaScript, Python (Programming Language) • Docker (Software) • Kubernetes • Microservices • React.js • Scalability

The pay range for this role is $147,050 to $230,850 USD annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
