Junior Marketing Associate

Description -

We are seeking a motivated Junior Marketing Associate to join our team and support key marketing, communications, and business priorities across the HP Solutions and Global Markets organizations.

This role is ideal for a junior profile who is looking to further develop their marketing and project management skills in an international environment. You will support the planning and execution of marketing and communication initiatives, coordinate cross-functional projects, analyze results, and work with stakeholders across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Support the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing, communication, and engagement initiatives.
  • Develop and adapt clear, engaging content and messaging for different audiences and channels.
  • Coordinate campaigns, events, and cross-functional projects, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
  • Work with internal stakeholders and partners to support key business and marketing priorities.
  • Track campaign and project performance, analyze results, and prepare reports to support decision-making.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, communications, and ways of working.
  • Take ownership of assigned projects from planning through execution and follow-up.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Management, or a related field.
  • Around 1 year of relevant experience in marketing, communications, project management, or a related area.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear and engaging content.
  • Good organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Comfortable working with data and using insights to evaluate results and support decisions.
  • Good working knowledge of Excel and project management/organizational tools; experience with tools such as Smartsheet is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
  • Collaborative and comfortable working with cross-functional stakeholders in an international environment.
