  • Monitor financial markets, interest rates, credit conditions, and industry trends impacting H&P.
  • Support lender communications, covenant reporting, and financing documentation.
  • Analyze risks and opportunities associated with financing structures and capital allocation strategies.

Treasury Operations Leadership

  • Manage daily treasury operations, including cash positioning, liquidity management, forecasting, bank account administration, wire approvals, and cash investment activities.
  • Monitor and optimize the company's domestic and international cash flows to ensure adequate liquidity and efficient capital deployment.
  • Oversee compliance with treasury policies, banking agreements, debt covenants, and internal controls.
  • Lead treasury month-end and quarter-end reporting activities.
  • Evaluate and implement treasury process improvements, automation initiatives, and banking technologies.
  • Maintain relationships with banking partners, financial institutions, and external advisors.

Leadership & Team Development

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of finance professionals.
  • Establish performance expectations, provide coaching, and support professional development.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, collaboration, and analytical excellence.
  • Manage resource planning, workload prioritization, and departmental objectives.

What you need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field.
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in Corporate Finance, Financial Planning & Analysis, Investment Banking, Treasury, Corporate Development, or related disciplines.
  • Demonstrated experience developing advanced financial models and analytical frameworks.
  • Experience evaluating financing transactions, debt structures, and capital allocation decisions.
  • Prior leadership experience with direct supervisory responsibilities.

Not a must, but a plus

  • MBA, CFA, CPA, or CTP designation.
  • Experience within the energy, industrial, manufacturing, or capital-intensive sectors.
  • Knowledge of capital markets, banking products, debt instruments, and treasury management systems.
  • Experience supporting M&A, strategic investments, or corporate development initiatives.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Advanced financial modeling and Excel capabilities.
  • Strong understanding of corporate finance principles, capital structure, valuation, and cash flow analysis.
  • Ability to translate complex financial concepts into actionable business recommendations.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong executive communication and presentation abilities.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
