At a Glance:

The Office Services Coordinator II is expected to perform a number of administrative support and customer service tasks to ensure efficient operation of the office environment.

What you will do:

  • Use and maintain office equipment, including printers, scanners, fax machines, and mail postage machine
  • Monitor office supply inventory and place orders when needed
  • Oversee the inbound/outbound delivery of all packages
  • Assist with in-house printing when necessary
  • Answer incoming calls, directing to the appropriate department
  • Sort and distribute incoming and inter-office mail
  • Assist with moving boxes and light inter-office moves
  • Act as back-up for Welcome Center Receptionist
  • Frequent contact with vendors and contractors
  • Assist in office projects as requested

What you need:

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required
  • Driver's License required
  • Ability to drive cargo van for offsite pickups and deliveries
  • Experience with Microsoft Office including Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Experience using office machinery (fax, printer, copier, phone systems, etc.)
  • Must be able to lift 15 - 30 pounds
  • Must demonstrate professional communication skills: verbal, written and interpersonal
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, ability to complete tasks in a timely manner
  • Ability to multitask efficiently
  • Proactive problem-solver

This is a contract position providing services to Helmerich & Payne (H&P) through a third-party staffing agency. If you are selected for this role, you will be an employee of the agency and not H&P.

The job level and associated compensation for this position will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and alignment with the role’s requirements. Final compensation for this role may vary depending on individual factors.
