Als Steuerfachangestellte/r mit dem Schwerpunkt IT & Digitalisierung bei HPS sind Sie Teil eines Marktführers unserer Region sowie einer der TOP-Steuerberatungskanzleien Deutschlands. Unterstützen Sie das HPS-Team bei der Beratung unserer Mandanten und werden Sie ein Teil der HPS-Erfolgsgeschichte. Bereit für die nächste Herausforderung?

IHRE AUFGABEN BEI UNS

  • Erster Ansprechpartner und Schnittstelle zwischen Steuerberatung und Digitalisierung.
  • Einrichtung, Verwaltung und Optimierung der Schnittstellen zu DATEV-Anwendungen – sowohl intern als auch extern.
  • Implementierung und Administration von DATEV Unternehmen Online (DUO).
  • Unterstützung und Schulung unserer Mandanten und Teamkollegen in allen digitalen Prozessen.
  • Aktive Mitwirkung an IT-Projekten zur weiteren Digitalisierung unserer Kanzlei.

DAS ZEICHNET SIE AUS

  • Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Steuerfachangestellter (m/w/d) und bringen fundierte Kenntnisse in der Finanzbuchhaltung mit.
  • Sie haben die Fortbildung zum Fachassistenten Digitalisierung und IT-Prozesse (m/w/d) abgeschlossen oder geplant – wir unterstützen Sie gerne!
  • Sie besitzen eine ausgeprägte Affinität für digitale und technische Prozesse.
  • Sie verfügen über erweiterte Kenntnisse in DATEV, Unternehmen Online (DUO) und Microsoft Office.
  • Sie sind kommunikativ, arbeiten gerne mit Mandanten zusammen und vermitteln ihnen Vertrauen und Sicherheit.
  • Sie denken unternehmerisch, teamorientiert und arbeiten gewissenhaft und lösungsorientiert.
  • Sie haben Spaß an Ihrer eigenen persönlichen Weiterentwicklung.
