Feladatok

  • Közepes és nagy volumenű projektek vezetése
  • A projekt céloknak megfelelő kommunikáció biztosítása megrendelői, vállalati menedzsment, projekt tagok, külső érdekeltek viszonylatában
  • Projekt csapat munkájának megszervezése, konfliktusok feloldása
  • Ajánlati munka összefogása, ajánlatok előkészítése belső jóváhagyásra
  • A projekt tervek összeállítása (scope, ütemezés, költségek, minőség, kockázatok, beszerzés, erőforrások, érdekeltek kezelése, kommunikáció)
  • Tender és beszerzési tárgyalásokon a cég képviselete
  • Szerződések előkészítése aláírásra
  • Projektmegvalósítás összefogása, változáskezelés, kockázatkezelés, műszaki és üzleti problémák feloldása, szerződés menedzsment.
  • Projekt tervek aktualizálása, előkészítése belső jóváhagyásra
  • Projekt csapat összeállítása
  • A projekt és a vállalat képviselete a Megrendelő, az alvállalkozók és a hatóságok viszonylatában
  • A projekt terv alapján az előrehaladás monitorozása, beszámolás
  • Változási igények kezelése, eszkalációk elbírálásának előkészítése
  • Belső és külső konfliktusok feloldása
  • Projekt dokumentációk kezelése, kezelésének megszervezése
  • Együttműködés a vállalat magyarországi és külföldi szervezeti egységeivel
  • Projektek minőségi lebonyolítása az idő- és költséghatároknak megfelelően
  • Teljesítésigazolások műszaki- és pénzügyi kontrollja
  • Projekt mérettől függően a fenti feladatok elvégzése és/vagy elvégzésének megszervezése

Elvárások

  • Műszaki mérnöki diploma (villamos-, energetikai mérnök vagy megfeleltethető)
  • PMI vagy IPMA vagy hasonló végzettség
  • Legalább 3 éves, projektvezetőként, projektmérnökként szerzett gyakorlat ipari- energetikai projektek vállalkozói oldalon történő megvalósításában
  • Kiváló kommunikációs készségek, empátia készség, fejlett érzelmi intelligencia, stressztűrő képesség, nagyfokú rugalmasság, önálló felelősségvállalás
  • Szerződéses/műszaki tárgyalási szintű angol nyelvismeret (írásban és szóban)
  • MS Office termékek magas szintű ismerete
  • MS Project vagy hasonló ütemtervező tool ismerete
  • Utazási hajlandóság (Magyarországon belül, esetenként külföldre)
  • B-típusú gépjárművezetői engedély
