Takenpakket

In deze rol neem jij het voortouw bij een vlekkeloze personeels- en loonadministratie voor zowel arbeiders als bedienden.

  • Je verzorgt van a tot z de maandelijkse salarisverwerking in samenwerking met het sociaal bureau, zodat iedereen tijdig en correct betaald wordt.
  • Complexe personeelsdossiers beheer je nauwkeurig, inclusief tijdskrediet, thematische verloven, ziekte en arbeidsongevallen.
  • Collega's en leidinggevenden vinden bij jou een betrouwbaar klankbord voor alle vragen rond sociale wetgeving en sociaal recht.
  • Samen met het HR-team optimaliseer je interne administratieve processen en digitaliseer je routinematige workflows voor meer efficiëntie.
  • Rapportages en kengetallen rond personeelsbezetting en absenteïsme werk je overzichtelijk uit voor het management.

Profiel

Als Payroll Officer breng jij structuur, overzicht en een gezonde dosis nuchterheid mee naar de afdeling.

  • Ervaring met Belgische loonadministratie en kennis van de paritaire comités voor arbeiders en bedienden vormen jouw stevige basis.
  • Je beschikt over een discrete werkhouding en gaat uiterst zorgvuldig om met vertrouwelijke gegevens.
  • Collega's omschrijven jou als een behulpzame teamspeler die helder communiceert en vlot antwoorden formuleert.
  • Vlotte beheersing van het Nederlands en een basiskennis van het Frans helpen jou vlot schakelen met alle medewerkers op de werkvloer.
