У партнерстві з провідною адвокатською компанією ми оголошуємо про відкриття посади Офіс-менеджер. Наш партнер працює на українському юридичному ринку з 1999 року та має ключові компетенції у сфері енергетики й природних ресурсів, а також податкового, корпоративного та кримінального права.

З 2006 року адвокатська компанія входить до ТОП 50 юридичних компаній України. У 2019 році авторитетний міжнародний рейтинг Legal 500 EMEA та рейтинг Ukrainian Law Firms зазначив компанію, як одну з кращих юридичних компаній України у сфері енергетики, а експерти рейтингу «Вибір клієнта-2025. ТОП 100 юристів України» у 2025 році визнали керуючого партнера компанії, одним із кращих українських юристів у сфері енергетики та оподаткування.

Ми знаходимось в пошуку вмотивованого й енергійного фахівця, який доєднається до професійної команди й буде залучений до організації затишного офісного життя компанії, а також адміністративного супроводу команди. Також вакансія передбачає можливості для подальшого кар'єрного зростання до посад помічника адвоката й вище для кандидатів-правників, які зацікавлені у професійному зростанні та розглядають свої перші кар'єрні сходинки у галузі права.

Основні обов'язки:

  • Підготовка поштової кореспонденції до відправки: засвідчення копій документів, оформлення конвертів, описів вкладення, сканування оформленого документу, занесення його до внутрішніх баз даних, за необхідності - відправлення з поштового відділення
  • Робота з вхідною кореспонденцією: сканування вхідних документів, внесення її до внутрішніх баз даних
  • Робота з офісною технікою: комп'ютер, принтер, сканер
  • Внесення довідкової інформації до внутрішніх баз даних
  • Підтримання життєдіяльності офісу: замовлення канцелярії, кави, чаю, продуктів тощо
  • Підготовка по шаблону рахунків та актів виконаних робіт по компанії
  • Приймання вхідних дзвінків
  • Зустріч клієнтів / партнерів

Вимоги до кваліфікації та професійного досвіду:

  • Вища освіта (наявність вищої юридичної освіти буде перевагою)
  • Гарне знання ПЗ: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Google (Google Документи, Google Таблиці, Gmail)
  • Вільне володіння українською мовою. Знання іноземних мов не вимагається, але буде перевагою
  • Пунктуальність, уважність, активність, швидкість виконання завдань, комунікабельність, привітність, ввічливість
  • Дотримання дрес коду (офісний та/або класичний стиль)

Ми пропонуємо:

  • Заробітна плата: 25 000-27 000 грн/місяць (нетто) (за результатами співбесіди)
  • Графік роботи: Пн-Чт 9:00-18:00, Пт-віддалено (за потреби в офісі 10:00-17:00)
