The posting

We are looking for a Key Account Manager for an international Scandinavian FMCG manufacturer – a leading producer and distributor of well-known food brands in the Nordic and Baltic regions. As Key Account Manager, you will work with key retail clients to build long-term partnerships and ensure successful cooperation.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop relationships with key clients.
  • Achieve sales targets and implement client plans.
  • Negotiate pricing and cooperation agreements.
  • Monitor sales performance and profitability.
  • Coordinate activities with internal teams.
  • Identify growth opportunities and support business development;

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Proven experience in Key Account Management, Sales, or client relationship management.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to influence and negotiate effectively at different levels.
  • Results-oriented with a proactive and solution-driven mindset.
  • Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of ownership, accountability, and initiative.
  • Adaptability and openness to change.
  • Language skills: Lithuanian and English;

  • Base salary up to €3,500 gross per month, depending on experience and competencies plus monthly and quarterly bonuses based on results.
  • Hybrid work: 2 days in the Vilnius office, 3 days from home; flexible working hours.
