Notre cabinet de recrutement spécialisé dans les métiers de l'immobilier recherche, pour le compte d'un réseau immobilier en forte croissance sur la région Bourgogne-Franche-Comté, un(e) Responsable d'Agence basé(e) à Besançon.

Ce réseau, porté par une équipe dynamique et des outils modernes, développe son activité de transaction immobilière en s'appuyant sur des agents commerciaux indépendants. Pour encadrer et structurer ce développement sur le secteur de Dijon, ils recherchent leur futur(e) pilier local(e).

C'est une opportunité idéale pour un(e) jeune diplômé(e) souhaitant prendre de vraies responsabilités dès le début de sa carrière, dans un cadre structuré et avec un accompagnement complet.

VOS MISSIONS

Représenter légalement le réseau sur le secteur de Besançon

Porter la carte professionnelle T au nom de la structure locale

Habiliter et encadrer les agents commerciaux indépendants

Veiller à la conformité réglementaire des activités (loi Hoguet)

Assurer le lien entre les agents du terrain et la direction du réseau

Participer au développement local de la marque

STATUT & RÉMUNÉRATION

Statut : Gérant(e) non salarié(e) – mandat de direction

Rémunération fixe : 2 200 à 2 700 € / mois selon profil

Intéressement aux performances du réseau

Formation complète aux outils et process du réseau prise en charge

Poste basé à Dijon (21) – déplacements locaux

PROFIL RECHERCHÉ

Diplôme obligatoire – exigence légale liée à la carte professionnelle T :

BTS Professions Immobilières

OU Licence / Master en Droit, Économie ou Commerce

OU Licence Professionnelle Immobilier ou Diplôme ICH

Aucune expérience préalable exigée – le réseau assure votre montée en compétences.

Qualités attendues :

Rigueur, fiabilité et sens des responsabilités

Envie de s'investir dans un projet à long terme

Aisance relationnelle et goût du terrain

Capacité à travailler en autonomie tout en restant en lien avec une équipe
