Jouw rol

Als HRIS Specialist maak je deel uit van het HRIS Team en werk je ook nauw samen met de andere HR-collega’s, IT-specialisten, process owners en externe partners. Je bent mee verantwoordelijk voor het beheer, de optimalisatie en verdere uitbouw van het HR-landschap, met Workday als centrale HR-toepassing.

  • Eerst en vooral ben je verantwoordelijk voor het beheer, de configuratie en de optimalisatie van Workday en andere toegewezen HR-systemen, waarbij je rekening houdt met processen, data, security en integraties.
  • Je analyseert HR-processen en vertaalt businessnoden naar duurzame en efficiënte oplossingen binnen bestaande systemen en tools.
  • Je test wijzigingen en nieuwe functionaliteiten grondig, valideert gegevensstromen en bewaakt de kwaliteit van data voordat aanpassingen in productie worden genomen.
  • Je ontwikkelt rapporteringen, analyses en controles in Excel en andere tools en zorgt ervoor dat betrouwbare data beschikbaar wordt voor de organisatie.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met interne IT-teams, process owners, leveranciers en je collega's om systemen, rapporteringen en integraties verder te verbeteren.
  • Je documenteert configuraties, processen en procedures en zorgt voor kennisdeling binnen het HR-team.
  • Je detecteert datakwaliteitsproblemen, analyseert technische incidenten en formuleert structurele verbetervoorstellen.
  • Je volgt nieuwe ontwikkelingen binnen Workday, HR-technologie en automatisering actief op en denkt mee over verdere digitalisering en optimalisatie van HR-processen.

Jouw troeven

  • Je beschikt over relevante ervaring binnen HRIS, HR analytics, HR-systemen of procesoptimalisatie, waardoor je ervaring hebt met Workday of een vergelijkbaar HR-systeem.
  • Je beschikt over een uitstekende kennis van Excel: draaitabellen, Power Query, Power Pivot en DAX hebben geen geheimen voor jou. Kennis van Power Automate is een grote troef.
  • Je hebt een sterk analytisch vermogen en slaagt erin verbanden te leggen tussen processen, data en systemen, en werkt graag met cijfers, rapporteringen en datasets.
  • Je hebt een technische affiniteit en werkt graag samen met IT-teams, leveranciers en andere stakeholders.
  • Je bent kritisch, nieuwsgierig en denkt procesmatig en probleemoplossend.
  • Je bent een toegankelijke teamspeler die initiatief neemt, verantwoordelijkheid opneemt en continu wil blijven leren.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Engels.
