Om tjänsten Som lokalvårdare hos Montrab arbetar du med återkommande städuppdrag hos både privatpersoner och företag. Det kan handla om allt från hemstädning till löpande lokalvård på kontor och andra arbetsplatser.

Rollen innebär regelbunden kundkontakt där du blir en viktig del av kundernas vardag. Därför handlar arbetet om mer än att bara städa – det handlar också om att skapa trygghet, bygga förtroende och leverera service som gör att kunderna vill fortsätta anlita oss.

Arbetet är till stor del självständigt, men du ingår samtidigt i ett team där vi hjälps åt och stöttar varandra. Tjänsten är på heltid med utgångspunkt i Borlänge. Anställningen inleds med en provanställning och lön utgår enligt kollektivavtal.

Din profil Vi söker dig som är serviceinriktad, positiv och tycker om att möta människor. Du har lätt för att skapa goda relationer och förstår vikten av att vara lyhörd för kundernas behov.

Du är noggrann, ansvarstagande och trivs med att planera och genomföra ditt arbete självständigt. Du är också flexibel och har en naturlig vilja att göra det lilla extra för kunden.

Vi ser gärna att du har erfarenhet från ett serviceyrke där kundbemötande varit en viktig del av arbetet. Har du tidigare arbetat med lokalvård är det meriterande, men vi lägger stor vikt vid dina personliga egenskaper och din känsla för service.
