Our client is a leading engineering solutions provider delivering industrial equipment, power sector solutions, and specialized technical services to businesses across Pakistan.

Job description:

We are looking for an Admin & HR Officer who can help us with our day-to-day and long-term administrative responsibilities of our company.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day HR operations, including employee records, attendance, leave management, onboarding, and employee-related matters.
  • Implement HR policies and procedures and ensure compliance with company rules and applicable labour laws.
  • Handle recruitment coordination, employee documentation, performance records, and other HR-related activities.
  • Manage office administration, including janitorial staff, office support staff, cleanliness, maintenance, and general office facilities.
  • Prepare and verify travel expense calculations, conveyance claims, and other expense reimbursements for the sales team.
  • Coordinate internal and external administrative matters with employees, vendors, service providers, and other relevant parties.
  • Maintain office supplies, manage administrative expenses, and ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
  • Handle official correspondence, documentation, record-keeping, and coordination between departments.
  • Ensure discipline, proper office management, and timely resolution of employee and administrative issues.
  • Support management in HR planning, administrative reporting, and implementation of company policies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in HR and Administration.

Experience: 3+ years

Work Timings: 9:30 am - 6 pm

Work Days: Monday- Friday

Work Mode: Onsite

Location: Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi
