Haemme Johdon assistenttia asiakasyrityksellemme Ouluun. Tässä monipuolisessa työssä toimitaan yhteistyössä johdon kanssa huolehtien arjen sujuvuudesta ja myynnin tukitoimista.

Työpaikka sijaitsee Oulussa hyvien kulkuyhteyksien varrella ja sen toimialana on Teknologiateollisuus (kone- ja metalli). Työsuhde on toistaiseksi voimassa. Tehtävä on kokoaikainen 37,5h vko. Työajat ovat arkisin klo 8-16 (joustava). Työkielet ovat suomi ja englanti.

Keskeiset vastuualueet

  • Laskutus (Fennoa)
  • Tilausten ja toimitusten koordinointi
  • Tarjouspyyntöjen ja aineistojen hallinta
  • Myynnin avustavat tehtävät, kuten sopimuspohjien valmistelu
  • Hinnastojen päivittäminen
  • Sähköpostien ja muun viestinnän hoitaminen
  • Matkajärjestelyt ja sidosryhmäyhteistyö
  • Sosiaalisen median tilien hallinnointi (LinkedIn, Facebook)

Odotamme sinulta

  • Aiempaa kokemusta myynti-, asiakaspalvelu- tai hallintotehtävistä (B2B)
  • Kaupallista koulutustaustaa (Merkonomi, Tradenomi AMK tai vastaava)
  • Kykyä organisoida ja priorisoida työtehtäviä
  • Oma-aloitteista ja tarkkaa työotetta
  • Hyvää harkintakykyä sekä huolellisuutta luottamuksellisten asioiden käsittelyssä
  • Erinomaisia viestintätaitoja
  • Erinomaisia tietoteknisiä taitoja
  • Sujuva suomen ja englannin kielen osaaminen
