JOB SUMMARY HealthRIGHT 360, a nonprofit organization and a family of programs, is committed to providing accessible and comprehensive healthcare services to vulnerable populations. Our mission is to tackle systemic barriers to healthcare and promote health equity for all. We offer a wide range of services, including mental health care, residential and outpatient substance use treatment, and primary health services. Additionally, we provide transitional support for individuals re-entering the community after involvement in the criminal justice system. By integrating physical and behavioral health, we empower individuals to overcome challenges by addressing social determinants of health, fostering resilience, and facilitating recovery. Building on this mission, the Prototypes Housing, a program of HealthRIGHT 360, provides housing and case management services for women and women with children across Los Angeles County through three core programs that support clients along the housing continuum. Recovery Bridge Housing (RBH) offers short-term, recovery-focused interim housing for unhoused adults and perinatal women engaged in outpatient substance use treatment, emphasizing life skills development within a 90-day period to promote long-term stability. The Bridge Housing program serves individuals with behavioral health needs who are experiencing homelessness by providing interim housing and supportive services until they secure permanent placement. The Continuum of Care (COC), funded through LAHSA, delivers permanent housing solutions focused on sustained stability for individuals and families experiencing homelessness. Across all programs, Prototypes provides comprehensive case management, including assessments, individualized service planning, resource linkage, and ongoing support to help clients achieve lasting recovery and housing stability. The Overnight Client Safety Navigator (CSN) fosters a safe, respectful, and welcoming environment. CSN works with program leadership, Sherriff’s or local law enforcement, and other teams to respond to emergency and crisis situations, including client drug use, overdose, programmatic interruptions, and other situations.
