Atividades:

➡️Conduzir processos seletivos de vagas operacionais de volume, administrativas e técnicas,

➡️Identificar fontes de recrutamento e seleção para atrair o público-alvo;

➡️Participar de reuniões com clientes para alinhamento de perfis X vagas;

➡️Realizar avaliações e testes comportamentais para apoiar a seleção de candidatos;

➡️Interagir de forma eficaz com gestores e candidatos, garantindo alinhamento de expectativas;

➡️Negociar prazos e condições com as áreas contratantes para otimizar os processos seletivos;

➡️Propor melhorias no processo de recrutamento e seleção para aumentar a eficiência.

✅Graduação em Psicologia, Administração, Recursos Humanos ou áreas relacionadas;

✅Sólida experiência com recrutamento e seleção, conduzindo diversos processos simultâneamente, atendendo aos prazos estabelecidos;

✅Atuação em processos seletivos de volume de vagas técnicas e operacionais;

✅Análise de indicadores do processo de R&S para reporte à gestão e cliente;

✅Formação em Psicologia e inglês para realizar entrevistas serão considerados diferenciais.
