A well-established company with over a decade of experience in sourcing and supplying premium local fruits and vegetables. Specializing in the Horeca sector, the company provides a diverse range of fresh produce, including fruits, vegetables, eggs, and more, ensuring quality and consistency to meet the demands of restaurants, hotels, and catering businesses.

About the Role:

The Logistics Executive will oversee the transportation, storage, and delivery of farm products, ensuring timely and efficient supply chain operations. This involves coordinating shipments, managing inventory, and collaborating with teams to fulfill orders on time, minimize costs, and maintain product quality. Strong communication with transport providers and customers is key, as well as identifying process improvements and cost-effective strategies.

About You:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a similar role, with hands-on experience in inventory control, shipping coordination, and optimizing supply chain processes.
  • Strong understanding of logistics and inventory management systems, and a proven track record of collaborating with procurement, operations, and sales teams to streamline processes.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with vendors, transport providers, and internal teams to resolve any issues and ensure smooth delivery.
  • Strong analytical skills to track logistics performance, identify inefficiencies, and implement improvements.
  • Solid understanding of transportation regulations, safety standards, and best practices in logistics.
  • A proactive approach to cost management, with the ability to negotiate with transport providers and identify cost-saving strategies.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • A flexible, solution-oriented mindset to swiftly resolve logistical issues and adapt to changing circ
