Responsibilities: • Supervise and coordinate daily formwork activities on construction sites. • Lead workers in the installation, alignment and dismantling of formwork. • Read construction drawings and plan manpower, materials and tools for assigned work. • Check formwork dimensions, levels, alignment and supports before requesting inspection and concrete casting. • Coordinate with site engineers, safety personnel and other trades to meet project schedules. • Conduct toolbox briefings and ensure workers follow approved work methods and site safety requirements. • Monitor workmanship, material usage and housekeeping, and report progress and site issues to the site management team.

Requirements: • Relevant experience in formwork construction, including experience leading a team. • Able to read and interpret structural and formwork drawings. • Familiar with formwork installation, dismantling and safe work practices. • Good leadership, communication and coordination skills. • Able to work on construction sites and manage daily work priorities. • Relevant construction safety training or certification is an advantage.
