The posting

Location: Mainly Central Singapore; outlet assigned following interview.

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand customers’ needs and recommend suitable beauty products.
  • Provide personalized consultations, product advice and demonstrations.
  • Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to store performance.
  • Build customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases.
  • Maintain product knowledge, grooming and merchandising standards.
  • Support stock replenishment, inventory checks and daily retail operations.

Requirements

  • Beauty or retail sales experience preferred.
  • Candidates from customer service, hospitality, F&B and other service backgrounds are welcome to apply.
  • Passionate about beauty, with strong communication and customer engagement skills.
  • Sales-driven, service-oriented and willing to learn.
  • Comfortable with prolonged standing and rostered retail shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Working Arrangements

  • Rostered shifts within retail operating hours.
  • 4–8 days off per month, generally 6 days.
  • Exact shift timings and work arrangements will be shared during screening.

Salary & Benefits

  • Basic salary: SGD 2,000–2,800/month, depending experience.
  • Sales commission and variable bonus, subject to scheme terms and performance.
  • Grooming allowance: SGD 80/month.
  • Flexible benefits: SGD 370/year.
  • Complimentary product entitlement and medical benefits.
