We are hiring a Retail Sales Assistant to support daily bookstore operations, assist customers and maintain an enjoyable shopping environment.

5-Day Work Week Up to $2,400

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with enquiries and product recommendations.
  • Arrange books and replenish shelves.
  • Handle cashiering and payment transactions.
  • Maintain product displays and store cleanliness.
  • Assist with promotions and sales activities.
  • Conduct stock checks and support inventory management.

Job Requirements

  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Responsible, organised and detail-oriented.
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
  • Able to work independently and in a team.
  • Retail experience is welcome but not compulsory.
  • Able to work weekends and public holidays based on the roster.

Working Details

  • Salary: $2,100 – $2,400/month
  • 5-day work week
  • 44 hours per week
