Here's an exciting opportunity to represent a French niche fragrance house at ION Orchard!

We're looking for a personable, polished and fragrance-loving Beauty Advisor who enjoys helping customers discover their signature scent.

💰 Salary & Perks

  • Basic Salary: $2,600–$2,800/month
  • Gross Earnings: Up to $3,600/month with incentives
  • 5-day work week, 44 hours
  • Fixed OFF days: Monday & Tuesday! 🎉
  • Work with a premium French niche fragrance brand
  • Opportunity to develop your expertise in luxury perfumery

🌷 What You'll Be Doing

  • Represent the brand and introduce customers to its unique fragrance collections
  • Provide personalised fragrance consultations and recommendations
  • Share fragrance notes, scent profiles and product stories with customers
  • Drive sales and achieve individual and brand targets
  • Build customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases
  • Maintain product displays, stock levels and counter presentation
  • Uphold premium service standards within Sephora

⭐ Who We're Looking For

  • Fragrance retail sales experience is advantageous
  • Experience in niche perfumes, luxury beauty or premium retail is a strong advantage
  • Passionate about fragrances and customer engagement
  • Well-presented, personable and confident
  • Strong communication skills and a sales-driven mindset
  • Comfortable working Wednesday to Sunday, including weekends
