We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead a dynamic team for a leading international beauty retailer.

This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on retail leader who can drive store performance, develop talent and deliver outstanding customer experiences in a fast-paced beauty retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Store Operations: Oversee daily store operations, ensuring smooth and efficient running of the store.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, coach and develop a team of at least 20 staff, including performance management, training and staff scheduling.
  • Sales & Business Performance: Drive sales targets, monitor KPIs and implement strategies to improve store performance and profitability.
  • Customer Experience: Maintain high customer service standards, build customer loyalty and resolve customer feedback professionally.
  • Inventory & Merchandising: Oversee stock accuracy, replenishment, product displays and overall store presentation.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, operational procedures and retail standards.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Store Manager or in a similar retail leadership role.
  • Experience managing at least 20 staff.
  • Strong background in store operations, sales performance and achieving sales targets.
  • Experience in beauty, cosmetics, skincare or premium retail is strongly preferred.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Customer-focused, commercially minded and comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.
