🌟 Hiring: Locum Nursing Aide / Care Support Associate 🌟

💰 Salary: $15/hour

📍 Location: Woodlands (Nearest MRT: Marsiling)

🕒 Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

📅 Contract Duration: Minimum 1–3 Months

🏥 Industry: Healthcare / Disability Care Centre

We are looking for dedicated and caring Locum Nursing Aides / Care Support Associates to join a disability care centre supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities.

If you have experience in personal care and enjoy making a positive difference in people's lives, we'd love to hear from you!

🩺 Job Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including showering, dressing, grooming and toileting.
  • Provide feeding assistance and mobility support.
  • Monitor clients' well-being and report any changes or concerns.
  • Assist with basic health checks and nursing care duties within your training and authorisation.
  • Support daily exercises, rehabilitation activities and recreational programmes.
  • Accompany clients for medical appointments when required.
  • Maintain a safe, clean and comfortable care environment.
  • Work closely with nursing and care teams to ensure quality client care.

✅ Job Requirements

  • Prior experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities is mandatory.
  • Experience in nursing aide duties, personal care or disability care support.
  • WSQ Higher Certificate in Healthcare Support, HMI Nursing Aide Certificate or equivalent qualification preferred.
  • Experience in disability residential homes or Day Activity Centres (DAC) is advantageous.
  • Compassionate, patient and comfortable providing hands-on personal care.
  • Able to commit for at least 1 month.
