Locum Occupational Therapist (OT) / Physiotherapist (PT)

💰 Attractive Hourly Rate: $70 – $80/hour

📍 Location: Bishan / Upper Thomson 📅 Work Schedule: Minimum 3–5 days per week (Monday to Friday) ⏰ Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM

We are seeking dedicated and experienced Occupational Therapists and Physiotherapists to provide quality rehabilitation care. Enjoy flexible locum opportunities while making a meaningful impact on patients' recovery, mobility and independence.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualised treatment plans.
  • Deliver rehabilitation therapies to improve patients' mobility, functional abilities and independence.
  • Manage patient caseloads, monitor progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
  • Provide patient and caregiver education on rehabilitation exercises, safety and home care.
  • Collaborate with doctors, nurses and allied health professionals to ensure quality patient care.
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and support discharge planning.
  • Ensure compliance with clinical standards, safety procedures and infection control protocols.

🔹 Requirements

  • Degree or recognised qualification in Occupational Therapy or Physiotherapy.
  • Valid AHPC registration and practising certificate.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of clinical experience in acute, sub-acute, community or rehabilitation settings.
  • Experience managing musculoskeletal, neurological, geriatric or post-surgical cases is advantageous.
  • Strong clinical assessment and rehabilitation skills.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Good communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills.
  • Able to commit to at least 3 days per week, Monday to Friday.
