Ready to take your logistics career to the next level?

We are looking for logistics professionals to oversee warehouse operations, inventory management and distribution within a dynamic F&B environment. Drive operational efficiency, optimise costs and ensure smooth deliveries across multiple outlets.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily logistics, warehouse operations, order fulfilment and delivery coordination.
Coordinate with central kitchen teams, outlets, suppliers, warehouse providers and other stakeholders.
Optimise delivery routes, stock movement and order processing to improve efficiency.
Maintain inventory accuracy, resolve stock discrepancies and monitor slow-moving or obsolete stock.
Analyse operational KPIs, delivery performance and logistics costs to identify improvements.
Implement SOPs and process improvements to enhance productivity and service quality.
Resolve transportation, import/export and delivery-related issues.
Ensure compliance with company SOPs, food safety standards and workplace safety requirements.
Lead, coach and develop the logistics team, where applicable.

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business or a related discipline is preferred.
Relevant experience in logistics, warehousing, distribution or supply chain operations.
F&B, central kitchen or multi-outlet distribution experience is an advantage.
Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
Leadership and supervisory experience for Senior Manager candidates.
