We're looking for a polished, service-driven Sales Associate who understands the art of luxury retail and enjoys building lasting relationships with high-net-worth clientele.

💰 Attractive Salary & Rewards

  • Basic Salary: S$2,300/month
  • Commission: up to S$5,000+ per month
  • Additional bonus applicable
  • Opportunity to represent an exclusive ultra-luxury fragrance house
  • Work in a prestigious boutique environment at Marina Bay Sands

💎 Your Role

  • Introduce exclusive fragrance collections through engaging product storytelling
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with VIP and high-value customers
  • Understand individual preferences and recommend suitable luxury products
  • Achieve sales targets through consultative selling and relationship management
  • Maintain impeccable boutique presentation and merchandising standards
  • Support daily boutique operations and client follow-ups

⭐ Who We're Looking For

  • Experience in luxury or ultra-luxury retail
  • Comfortable selling premium products priced in the thousands
  • Strong understanding of luxury service etiquette and client relationship management
  • Polished, confident and professional presentation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Mandarin proficiency is an advantage for serving Mandarin-speaking clientele
  • Passion for fine fragrances, luxury craftsmanship and exceptional customer experiences
