⌚ LUXURY WATCH POLISHER | UP TO $5,000

Are you an experienced Watch Polisher with a passion for precision, craftsmanship and luxury timepieces?

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented professional to join an established Swiss luxury watch brand, specialising in the restoration, polishing and finishing of premium timepieces.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

  • Perform professional polishing and refinishing of luxury watch cases, bracelets and components.
  • Restore various surface finishes, including high-polish, satin, matte and sandblasted finishes.
  • Remove scratches, dents and imperfections while preserving the original shape and integrity of watch components.
  • Operate specialised polishing equipment, including polishing motors, lapping machines and ultrasonic cleaners.
  • Disassemble and reassemble watch components when required.
  • Conduct quality inspections to ensure exceptional finishing standards.
  • Collaborate with watchmakers and technicians to maintain high-quality craftsmanship.

🎯 Requirements

  • Relevant hands-on watch polishing experience within the luxury watchmaking industry is strongly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of metal polishing, surface finishing techniques and different watch materials.
  • Proficient in handling professional polishing tools, machinery and compounds.
  • Excellent manual dexterity, precision and attention to detail.
  • Ability to identify and correct surface imperfections while maintaining original watch specifications.
  • Able to follow technical instructions and uphold strict quality standards.
