Location: North, Singapore

Salary: $3,000–$5,000 per month

Working Arrangement: 5.5 days per week, 44 hours per week

Interested in managing project costs and supporting the successful delivery of M&E engineering projects?

We are looking for an M&E Quantity Surveyor to oversee cost estimation, tendering and commercial matters across industrial, commercial and data centre projects. This role offers the opportunity to apply your technical and commercial expertise throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare quantity take-offs, cost estimates and budgets for M&E works, including electrical systems.
  • Review tender documents, evaluate subcontractor quotations and support procurement decisions.
  • Monitor project expenditure, budgets and cost forecasts to maintain effective cost control.
  • Administer contracts, progress claims, variation orders and final accounts.
  • Review drawings and specifications to identify discrepancies and potential cost savings.
  • Liaise with project teams, consultants and subcontractors on commercial and cost-related matters.

Requirements

  • Diploma, Specialist Diploma, Advanced Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, M&E Engineering or a related discipline.
  • At least 3 years of relevant quantity surveying experience.
  • Knowledge of cost estimation, tendering, contract administration and variation management.
  • Experience in industrial, commercial or data centre projects is advantageous.
  • Strong numerical, analytical and communication skills.
