💎 FULL-TIME | PREMIUM SKINCARE | BASIC + SALES INCENTIVES

We're hiring a Skincare Sales Promoter to represent a premium skincare brand in an established retail environment.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys introducing quality products, building customer relationships and achieving sales targets.

💰 Salary & Benefits

  • Basic Salary: $2,500–$2,800/month
  • Additional sales incentives
  • Full-time, permanent opportunity

📍 Working Location & Hours

  • Location: Orchard area
  • Working Hours: Rotating shifts (11am-7pm; 12pm-8pm; 12.30pm-9.30pm)

🧴 Job Responsibilities

  • Recommend suitable skincare products based on customers' needs and preferences
  • Introduce product features, benefits and application methods
  • Deliver personalised customer service and product consultations
  • Drive sales and work towards individual and store targets
  • Handle sales transactions and maintain accurate sales records
  • Replenish stock and ensure products are displayed attractively
  • Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the retail counter
  • Build positive customer relationships to encourage repeat purchases

🌸 Job Requirements

  • Prior experience in retail sales, preferably in beauty, skincare, cosmetics or premium retail
  • Strong sales ability and confidence in recommending products
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable working towards sales targets
  • Able to work rotating retail shifts, including weekends and public holidays
  • Beauty therapy or skincare knowledge is advantageous, but not essential
