📍 Locations: Changi City Point / IMM 💰 Basic Salary: S$2,300 – S$2,500/month 💵 Commission: S$800 – S$2,500/month* 🎁 AWS + Performance Bonus + OT & Public Holiday Pay

🛍️ What You’ll Be Doing

  • Deliver excellent customer service and create an engaging shopping experience
  • Recommend suitable products based on customers’ needs and preferences
  • Work towards individual and store sales targets and KPIs
  • Develop strong product knowledge through training programmes
  • Support the team in identifying sales and merchandise opportunities
  • Assist with incoming and outgoing stock and inventory activities
  • Maintain attractive merchandise displays according to visual merchandising guidelines
  • Ensure the store remains clean, organised and well maintained
  • Support new store openings, closures and other retail activities when required
  • Follow company safety, operational and compliance procedures

⭐ What We’re Looking For

  • Passion for sports, lifestyle products and retail
  • Energetic, customer-focused and comfortable engaging with customers
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Sales-driven with a positive and team-oriented attitude
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Able to work retail shifts, including weekends and Public Holidays
  • Retail or customer service experience is advantageous; candidates with transferable experience are welcome
